Valentine's Day

I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband, a little boy, a loving family and great friends.

Henry took a nap, which is a rare occurrence. Look at those pinchable cheeks!

Sam and I had heart shaped pancakes for breakfast. You just take a frosting squeeze bottle and fill it with the batter and make the outline of your shape, wait about 30 sec. for it to cook and then fill in your shape with more batter. I think Henry will like this when he gets older, but for now Sam and I really enjoyed it :)

Homemade Valentine cards. Cheesy but cute.

Heart sugar cookies for the girls I teach at church. Learning how to make royal icing and decorating sugar cookies was one of my goals that I can now cross of my bucket list.

Henry is trying to eat the Valentine candy we got from my mom.
Sorry Henry, no chocolate for you this Valentine's Day. We won't be introducing solid foods for another month but he is already grabbing for everything that Sam and I eat or drink.
